- It’s eclectic – Berry Hill has a solid reputation for being fun, funky and diverse. The area is full of brightly colored bungalows and interesting speciality stores. There are approximately 40 recording studios and a lot of businesses that cater to artists and crafters.
- It’s tough to get in – With such a small size, there aren’t as many living options in Berry Hill as other neighborhoods in Nashville. There are several older houses, some of which have been divided into rental units, some apartments, and few new construction homes.
