Middle Tennessee Community Spotlight: Hendersonville

    There’s a reason country music stars such as Taylor Swift, Conway Twitty, and Johnny Cash have all called Hendersonville, TN home at some point. This growing and changing city is a mere eighteen miles north of downtown Nashville and has a reputation for being a quality family town. It’s close enough to Nashville to commute, but far enough away to enjoy the quieter aspect of a smaller city. The city also boasts great public schools, low crime rates and a stable housing market. These are all factors for why so many new housing developments have been popping up in Hendersonville. There are several new construction neighborhoods as well as well-established ones that are enticing homeowners with various housing options and amenities. The home values are great and many potential homeowners are surprised by just how beautiful, yet affordable homes in Hendersonville can be.
