DeSelms Real Estate annual sales meeting was held last week and it was a fantastic event. The turnout was incredible: all 34 of the DeSelms Team staff and agents were able to attend, which is no small feat for such a busy crew!
The meeting took place at Spark, which is Lipscomb University’s new corporate meeting space in Cool Springs. It is an AMAZING place with multiple spaces and technology available for meetings. The space was professional, easily accommodated our team, and had various technology readily available. Spark helped the whole meeting run smoothly.
Puffy Muffin, one of our favorite local bakeries, catered. Needless to say, lunch was delicious and thoroughly appreciated.
Terry shared great insights with the team. He awarded agents and staff for their excellence and achievements in 2013. As we mentioned in this post, 2013 was a record-breaking year for the company, thanks to the incredible loyalty, support and referrals from our clients.
There were also a couple of individual recognitions. Agent Steve Schmittou was awarded Rookie of the Year and also happened to be one of the top selling agents for last year. Special recognition and thanks was given to Philip Poynor as well. Phillip was the marketing director for the past four years for the DeSelms Team and is now stepping out on his own to become a full time agent. He also helped many of the agents on the team get to where they are today!
The team meeting was another opportunity for fellowship, recognition and sharing of ideas. After all, we are look forward to keeping the momentum going for 2014 too!
